Welcome to B&S Rentals & Services. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our trailer rental and machinery services. By accessing our services, you accept these terms in full.
1. Rental Agreement and Acceptance
By signing the rental contract or taking possession of the equipment, the Renter agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Renter acknowledges that the equipment is in good working order at the time of delivery or pickup.
2. Equipment Use and Maintenance
Equipment must be used only for its intended purposes and within its rated capacity. The Renter is responsible for daily maintenance checks, including fluid levels and tire pressure. Any mechanical issues must be reported immediately to B&S Rentals & Services.
3. Liability and Insurance
B&S Rentals & Services is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by the Renter's operation of the equipment. The Renter must provide proof of valid insurance coverage for the towing vehicle and the rental unit for the duration of the rental period.

Article 1
Rental Agreement & Eligibility
By renting from B&S Rentals & Services, the Renter agrees to all terms and conditions specified herein. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, provide a valid driver's license, and carry active liability insurance on the towing vehicle. Equipment is provided for residential and commercial use within the SWLA area unless otherwise approved in writing.
Article 2
Equipment Usage & Liability
The Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of pickup until return. This includes damage due to overloading, improper hitching, or off-road use. B&S Rentals & Services is not liable for any property damage or personal injury resulting from the use or transport of rented units. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
Article 3
Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
Total rental fees are due at the time of booking or pickup. A security deposit may be required and is refundable upon inspection of the returned equipment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time may result in a non-refundable booking fee. Late returns will be charged the standard daily rate for each additional 24-hour period.
